Deposit Account Terms and Current APYs

Customers with HMBradley Deposit Accounts opened with New York Community Bank, a division of Flagstar Bank, N.A. (NYCB) are eligible to earn the following annual percentage yields (APYs) in accordance with the Deposit Account Agreement & Disclosures. 

APYs accurate as of 11/17/2023:

0.00% APY

Customers who open an HMBradley Deposit Account with NYCB will earn 0.00% APY.

4.70% APY

Customers who deposit a total of at least $500 per month to their NYCB deposit account will earn 4.70% APY in the following month.

Due to the wind-down of HMBradley's deposit account program, the last day of interest accrual for all deposit customers will be 12/14/2023. Please refer to our blog post for important information and dates regarding the wind down.
